H1 PSL Reference Cavity Alarm Values Need to be Updated
I'm putting this in the aLOG because it is read more widely than the iLOG.
It is clear from the attached plot that the RefCav is behaving completely normally within it's normal ~0.1 degree (!) tolerance level. However, the alarming is incessant because it is not adjusted seasonally. It should probably be updated to reflect current conditions.
