QUICK SUMMARY:

H1 was unlocked and stuck in locking green arms for 3 hours.
I'm not sure why yet but I will be trying to lock and will probably find out.
I've requested an initial alignment since there was an earthquake last night .
Both ALSX & Y locked easily enough 61% for x and 95% for Y.  ALSX DOF3 just nose dived for some reason though.

But eventually we got to PRC Aligning with out intervention, so I guess its all working well.
