45 MPH wind gusts are present.
I'll be trying to lock it a few times just incase I get lucky with a break in the wind. 
IMC Has been unlocking as well. I turned off the ISS again to get some more stability from the IMC. I'm not sure if this actually works or not.
I'm also taking the SEI_CONF to MORE_WINDY, to see if that also helps.
