The IFO timed out after a long period of IMC locking struggles, then it got stuck trying to lock ALSY during initial alignment. I minor tweak to ETMY fixed the latter issue, but then SRM tripped during the SRC alignment step. I adjusted SRM to fix this. We then made it up to just after the power up before losing lock again (141596598, IMC tag).

I'll let it try a few more times by itself before stepping in again.
