We're having locking troubles due to Microseism and EQs.

After failing to get past DRMI and experiencing ~10 LLs, we finally did it and got all the way to powering up. Then a 5.6 EQ hit and we lost lock at TRANSITION_ETMX, with clear seismic signs in the few seconds leading up to the Lockloss (similar to the last LL). Lock reacquisition has been as rocky as pre-EQ. Meanwhile, Microseism has continued to increase, with traces now passing the 1 micron threshold, making lock reacquisiton harder yet.

We've just gotten back to PRMI post EQ so hoping this will be a successful reacquisition.
