Following the move of MC1, MC3, PRM and PR3 cameras from the old h1digivideo1 server to h1digivideo4 running the new EPICS IOC, two channels per camera were no longer present. This meant the EDC has been running with 8 disconnected channels

To "green up" the EDC until such time as we can restart the DAQ, I am running a dummy IOC on cdsws33 which serves these channels.

These cameras have sequentially numbers, CAM[11-14], and the eight channels in question are:

H1:VID-CAM12_AUTO
H1:VID-CAM12_XY
H1:VID-CAM13_AUTO
