I am making a mode-matching simulation for the SQZ to OMC beam path. Needed the incidence angles for both ZM4 and ZM5.
Coordinate centers for B:M4, ZM4, ZM5, and C:M1 were obtained via HAM7 CAD model. In (x,y,z) coordinates (units in mm):
B:M4 = (301.05, -117.007, 210.816)
ZM4 = (-781.33, -117.007, 357.778)
ZM5 = (804.875, -117.007, -231.614)
C:M1 = (-391.16, -117.007, 19.558)

Vector arithmetic yields AOIs of 6.327 deg for ZM4 and 4.261 deg for ZM5.
