TCS System back after Power Outage
Remotely turned on the TCS X and Y chillers.
In the Mechanical Room Mezzanine, pressed the "Output" button on the power supplies labeled "TCS X" and "TCS Y"
In the LVEA, keyed off then on and pressed the "Gate" button on both CO2X and CO2Y chassis, this turned both lasers on.
On their "power control" medms clicked "search fo home" and once that was finished, "go to minium power".
Took the CO2_ITMX/Y__CO2_PWR guardians to NO_OUTPUT. Both CO2s locked on their own.
I restarted the ETMX and ETMY HWS code, following TCS wiki. ITMs were already running. ITM lasers turned back on by themselves.
