IFO is still trying to lock. I was given instructions to lock until PREP_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO but after an initial alignment, the highest we could get to was CARM_TO_ANALOG. DRMI is just very unstable, even with manual intervention to maximize POP signal width.

IFO will keep trying to lock until PREP_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO. I will change the request per instructions.
