Summary of what we've changed so far since the overnight lock where IMC visibility degraded: (strting some notes, plan to add links later).

• reduced power on IMC refl diode
• rephased REFLAIR 9 + 45 for DRMI acquisition
• dark offsets for AS_C and AS 72, this makes DRMI ASC work again
• reduced tr_REFLAIR gain to match a reference from 2023, this did not help us make it through that transition, might be something we want to undo.
