SHIFT SUMMARY: More progress today towards recovering H1 back to low noise! We've been able to make it up to LASER_NOISE_SUPPRESSION once so far and updated alignment offsets. Unfortunately we did see the slow increase of IMC REFL again once increasing the input power to 63W during LNS, and shortly after there was an IMC-looking lockloss. Since then, Jason and Keita inspected optics in the PSL and didn't find anything alarming. We attempted to reproduce the IMC REFL behavior with just the IMC locked up to 63W with the ISS secondloop on and off, but did not see it, interestingly. We then decided to try locking again, so an initial alignment with the new green offsets is ongoing.
