SHIFT SUMMARY: We've continued to recover after the power outage yesterday. The major milestones were getting the /opt/rtcds/ file server reset and running back up to normal speed. This allowed us to get all guardian nodes up and running and start other auxillary scripts and IOCs. The Beckhoff work wrapped up around noon and we were able to get the IMC locked and ready to start initial alignment just before 1300PT. We then ran into some IMC whitening issues, which have since been solved. The main issue at this point is the COMM and DIFF beatnotes are very low. Investigation ongoing.
