First time opening HAM7.

Removed the contamination control horizontal wafer.
Tools and iris are setup next to the chamber. 
Dust count in the chamber and in the clean room are good/low.
4 irises placed at: after ZM1, and CLF REFL. ZM3 and ZM4 are roughly placed, need to realign after CDS are power on. Pump reflection hard to place, and we will not place an iris there.
