Ryan S and I edited the sustools.py, susconst.py, and created SUS_JM{1,3}.py, then started the two new nodes. Other than the susconst file, these are common code so I will let LLO know. There were a few inconsistencies and it looks like PM1 was forgotten in a few places so we added those instances in. That node has been working so I don't think it has been an issue, but now it's consistent with the other nodes.

We briefly tested the node by tripping the suspesion, which isn't actually hooked up yet, and running it through all but its coil switching states. All good. Ryan and possible others will edit the medm screens that needs the new JMs on them.
