I ran some TFs on the OPO to do a health check, some things to note... The ISI was locked and tripped, we were in air, and the suspension's damping loops were on. I left its CD state as 2 as this SUS has its coil driver jumpered. 

Things look pretty noisy overall so its hard to say, I was struggling a bit to get good coherence without causing overflows, maybe due to the purge air? Especially with my L measurement, the next worse coherence was in T. I also noticed that H3s counts dropped quite a lot 2 days ago, over 10k counts.

I'd like to retake the whole measurment with the purge air turned down.
