BBSS M1 OLGs: (M1 damping ON) vs( M1 and M3->M2 damping ON)

On Friday I took two sets of BBSS M1 OLG measurements - the first measurement (blue (/cyan)) had damping ON for M1, but damping OFF for M2 and M3 (aka M3->M2 damping OFF, aka no actuation on M2 or M3). The second measurement (red (/pink)) had damping ON for M1 as well as damping ON for M3->M2 (aka actuation on M2, aka nominal in ALIGNED).

The only difference I really see between the two sets of measurements is in Yaw. Without the M3->M2 damping, there is an extra peak 0.4 - 0.6 Hz, but turning M3->M2 damping ON completely removes that.

Settings:
- In HEALTH_CHECK
