CURRENT ENVIRONMENT:
SEI_ENV state: CALM
Wind: 5mph Gusts, 2mph 3min avg
Primary useism: 0.02 μm/s
Secondary useism: 0.23 μm/s
QUICK SUMMARY:
H1 will be thermalized right around the Sat Calibration time of 1930utc (1130am PDT). L1 has been down due to a frontend crash/chassis swap this morning, so will jump on this down time to get the calibration run for H1. Louis Dartez wanted operators to continue running the new/non-standard simulines measurement (noted below).

TC mins only just exceeded -75C, I have increased the trip to -70C for tomorrow's fill.

STATE of H1: Earthquake
OUTGOING OPERATOR: Ibrahim
CURRENT ENVIRONMENT:
SEI_ENV state: EARTHQUAKE
Wind: 6mph Gusts, 4mph 3min avg
Primary useism: 0.10 μm/s
Secondary useism: 0.25 μm/s
QUICK SUMMARY:
H1 lost lock recently most likely due to a M5.4 earthquake off the western coast of Mexico.
Overnight H1 had a lockloss at 1245 with no IMC/FSS oscillation tags.
It is Saturday, so a Calibration is scheduled late morning, but thermalization requirements may push this out to the afternoon since H1, L1 are currently both DOWN and V1 has been Observing 15min.

For the CS MR_FAN3_170_1 looks to have gotten noisier 2 days ago.
For the OUT buildings EX_FAN1_570_2 got noticeably noisier two days ago and looks to be trending upwards.

SHIFT SUMMARY:
About 100min of downtime for the 9hr shift (with a lockloss early in the shift and one near the end of the shift). For speed, I nudged H1 to CHECK MICH FRINGES to help with DRMI (the 2nd lockloss' ALS locking was all automatic).
Chilly Black Friday with temperatures barely going over 35°F. µseism looks like it might have slightly inched above the 50th percentile over the last 24hrts.

QUICK SUMMARY:
23:49 UTC lockloss IMC tag, ASC and IMC lost it within 5ms of eachother. It looks like the ISS might have lost it first then 30ms later the FSS and ASC lost it.
00:37 UTC lost it at TRANSITION_FROM_ETMX

Fri Nov 29 10:05:18 2024 INFO: Fill completed in 5min 15secs
TC mins -79C,-78C. New trip -75C.
H1 had a lockloss in fairly quiet conditions. Lockloss had an "ETM_GLITCH" tag (ETMx, "zoom-in" attached); last time we had one of these was about 3-days ago.
IMC took a few min to acquire after lockloss. ALSx locked, but was driven off by ASC to a pitch misalignment (tried touching up flashes via TMSx, but INCREASE FLASHES immediately took over). DRMI looked ugly, so preemptively went to PRMI (which also looked bad) and then CHECK MICH FRINGES.
DARM seems to move first, then within 1 ms ETMX L3 moves and DARM moves even more then ETMX L2 moves a lot more. ~150ms later the pattern happens again but the L2 response is larger and we lose lock ~100 ms later. I'm not sure this is actually a ETMX glitch.
