Dust monitor 6 needs to be power cycled, it looks frozen.
Workstations were updated and rebooted. This was an update to OS-packages. Conda packages were not updated.
We aligned the AUX laser in HAM5 so that it is roughly centered on OM1 AND is retroreflected by SRM. We haven't checked anything else.
Retroreflection was measured/evaluated using an iris right in front of the AUX laser launcher telescope. First the iris was well centered relative to the input light (1st attachment shows the scattering around the iris when it was closed down a bit), and we used a steering mirror and a beam splitter installed between the AUX laser and the SRM to get the SRM reflection coming back to the iris AND SRM transmission hitting the center of OM1 without touching SRM. It was easy. 2nd attachment shows the return beam on the iris after REALLY closing down the iris so the return beam clips on it. Centering on OM1 was based on just eyeballing using a sensor card.
We don't know where on the SRM or OFI the beam was (no easy reference). It seems that the beam was seen by ASC-AS_C but not centered on it.
The above was done before we were informed about a large ISI/HEPI rotation in YAW (alog 79272) so probably we'll do it again after moving SRM to compensate to get closer to the right alignment quickly (rather than walking the beam from where we are now slowly, checking the OM1 centering and SRM retroreflection many, many times).
In the end, we should make the SRM transmission hit the center of AS_C, make the beam retro reflected by SRM, and make the SRM reflection hit the center of SR2, all at the same time. For that, probably we'll have to make a minor adjustment to SRM.
We also did a bit more looking at the Fast Shutter. While the optical surface and wires appear fine, there is also a strange heat/burn mark on the side of the toaster optic, low. Possibly the heat mark from the bumper bar above reflected something down to this side surface??

Sheila asked me to check the alignment of the SRM as it is with HAM5 ISI and HEPI lcoked vs. what it was when we were locking before the OFI damage.
I chose a state after DRMI_ASC_OFFLOADED so the SRM would be aligned (state 120 in ISC_LOCK which is CHECK_AS_SHUTTERS).
Between the first cursor (10th July) and now, SRM moved up by 67.7 uradians on the yaw slider, 70605 nradians on the HAM5 ISI RZ CPS, 900 nradians on the HAM5 HEPI RZ IPS. This resulted in an overall alignment change of +6.18 uradians on the osems.
This means that to move the SRM into this position again we would have to move up by 139.3 (67.7 + 70605e-3 + 900e-3) uradians on the sliders in yaw.
I checked with Jim about the channels to use on HEPI and ISI on HAM5 and we think the SRM yaw should have the same sign as the HEPI IPS and the ISI CPS as they both increased as the osem yaw values increased over this period.
Edit: Jenne pointed out since the osems are relative to the table, the change on the yaw sliders to get us back to our old SRM alignment should be
(6.18 + 70605e-3 + 900e-3) = + 77.7 uradians in yaw
So you should undo this with -77.7 uradians in yaw on sliders.

The Phones are back to working again
The HWUT picket has been down for a couple of days following some malfunctioning (Reported in [LHO aLog 79076]). We also saw the spurious signals at Stanford. This station's malfunctioning means the picket fence is not giving the intended forewarning for events originating in South/Central America.
We'll find a replacement picket soon and upload a revised code during the week.

This morning I took a dew point measurement of the corner station purge air, same setup like here. After measurement purge air was restored to all chambers.

AUX laser that is to be injected in HAM5 from SRM HR side for later alignment work was prepared in the lab. It's smaller than the real IFO beam but it will do OK. In the 1st attachment, left is the SRM transmission path, green is measured in the lab, red is a fit, blue is the IFO. Assumption was made that the distance from SRM HR to the collimator telescope of the laser is 1.5m, it turns out that it's probably more like 2m or so, but it's not a huge deal. Right is the SRM reflection going to SR2.
We placed the telescope, a metal mirror and a BS roughly in place in HAM5 but didn't adjust it because SOP was not fully signed in time. We left these components inside and closed the chamber for today.
